well, not bad instructor i feel. wont eat ur time and also wont allow u to eat his time......... if u request to drop off a little far from centre he will eat ur time (well understandable)

he has many students also and whatever u ask he's quite fine with answering. but after he think u zai already sometimes he will not talk much until u ask him lo.

Private instructor - Mr Tan Hock Beng - manual Vios @ CDC is pretty good and I am one of his success story where I passed in 1 try.
I like the approach he adopted for me to drive from his place Depot Road to CDC where there are two routes - one for beginner and the other for more advance learner. Both of which gave good exposure for learner to gain on the road experience and situation dealing.

His contact number as follows: 96445226

BBDC MANUAL Private Instructor - Mr Ricky Ong ( BUKIT BATOK ONLY)

I passed under Mr Ricky on my 2nd try, BBDC. Well, firstly for those who can tahan someone who tends to scold you when u make even a minor mistake, u are up for this instructor :D. All his students under him passed on the 1st, or the 2nd, which also depends on ur luck tt day. I myself can admit that i am a slow learner but i still manage to pass on the 2nd..phew. The teaching methods he gave were all very good, especially vertical and parallel parking where he has alot of good tips on them. He drives a manual red Mitsubishi Lancer GLX, with clutch that i can say has a very good biting point. Well, its all up to you nw if u wan to give him a try. I can say i learn alot from him from the start when i didnt even noe hw to drive a car.

P.S Pmed me for his contact if you are interested! Once again, manual only!:s13:

ask you guys, during lessons, does your instructor really point out to you every single mistake you make? or do you read up ftt book and consciously note down your mistakes on your own?
