Hello guys, I was wondering if anyone was taught by Ms Yamamoto or Ms Takeyama from Bunka before? How were their lessons like? I'm starting Ele 1 on 7 Dec. Did anyone sign up too?

I'm thinking of continuing my intermediate course at Bunka. Anyone knows of any good teachers to recommend? Previously I've gotten Gima sensei and Sato sensei and they're both good. I'm looking for recommendations so that I can have alternative choices of classes especially during weekends!

torinomi sensei was my teacher thru out intermediate levels, her english is pretty good, am able to understand her teaching quite clearly , i might be bias cos i only had 2 teachers before her in beginner levels.

ps: some pple that came for makeup lessons comment that her pace of teaching is fast, but i guess we are so used to it ;p

May I know if i can enter JCS intermediate course directly using JCS elementary certificate without placement test & JLPT 4?

She is going back to Japan next month...

I heard from others, that only a minority of students like Ms Yamamoto's style, no info on Ms Takeyama sensei though...

It's the same test that everyone is taking on the last lesson of Ele2... Ask people u know who has finished Ele2.

Flying off 1 week after that. Someone from PA class says her Int4 finishers will be holding a barbecue a few days before she leaves sg, but he does not have the details.

No. Won't be coming back to teach, but may visit as a tourist instead.
