to get the files into your phone from your com, you'll need to ssh into your phone and transfer the .theme folders into private/var/stash/theme.xxxxxx, then just go into winterboard to choose the themes to use.

Yup its the above mentioned theme. There will be a readme file in the download package so no worries.
