Where do i find them ? Robinsons ?
Googled but cant find much information.

Ya its at Robinsons, though this brand occupy very small section compared to other brands, probably not very well-known. It's very fitting for me, i own 1 pant, 2 long sleeve shirt, and a polo-T, all very fitting. ^^

Anyone know where to get nice shirts other than G2000???

Is Queensway Shopping Centre a good place to get those shirts???

Mope, queensway shopping centre does not sell much working shirts. If buying G2K shirts, stick to their plain shirts only. All their stripe shirts the lines do not connect well between the shoulder and sleeve. This is a clear sign of poor workmanship.

For better quality then G2K and not too expensive, u can try Dockers. Theirs the lines are continuous.

Can also try the Goldlion factory outlet at West Coast Plaza (the previous Ginza plaza). Their discounted 100/2ply are quite value for $. If u are buying stripe shirts, take note some of their cheaper range the lines are disconnected. The 100/2 ply ones are ok.

There is also another men's wear shop at the ground floor of Jurong Point new wing that sells a few brands at a discount. Can check that out if you are buying plain colour shirts.

Thanks for your reply. I am looking mostly white shirts with some pattern/stripes.

What you mean by 100/2ply???

Anyone heard of this http://www.nextapparel.sg whether they sell really made shirts???

Cotton shirts are hardly wrinkle-free...you need something with a bit of polyester..

Do you know of any brand having 14 1/2 shirts other than G2000, Goldlion and CK because I went to Orchard areas but all the brands there only have 15 as the smallest regardless of regular fit or slim fit?

Just curious, is there any different if the shirt plastic collar bones are sew into the collar or removable type?
I do notice that some brands with their shirt plastic collar bones sew into the collar. Are tailor clothes similar too? :s11:

Depends on the tailor.
Some do removable collar stays some do fixed collar stays as default.
If you want removable ones, just let them know when you're making your shirt.
I think the main difference is that removable collar stays are less likely to bend due to washing. Even if they do bend, you can always change them.

Can anyone recommend shop that offer alteration of long sleeve shirts at cheap price? :D

Cos I've a number of shirts to alter so hope to find a relatively cheaper place but not at the cost of horrible workmanship of course.

You can try Lucky Plaza @ Orchard 2nd floor and the workmanship is quite good but cheaper price is how cheap???

Truly speaking it is quite hard to get good workmanship at a cheap price.

If you are talking about those that the tailor sew the same as the removable ones just that they sealed it, those are not very good because they tend to bend after washing and you cannot remove them. In this scenario, it's better to do removable ones.

However, my tailor does the collar differently in a way that the entire collar is a bit harder so they remain straight after many times of washing. No doggie ears.
