any other cool looking S30Vs out there recently?

How about this one... Most affordable S30V blade on the market right now at slightly less than USD50.

1st 3 are crank angle pallet knives. Meant for me to mask cakes to serve cakes and doing other decorative works.

Bottom 3 are normal pallet knife. Meant for general work in kitchen, but usually decorative uses for me.

The middle knife is the biggest I have. It's a 55cm chinese made watermelon knife which I bought for AUD19.95. I got this super jumbo big knife cos back then I was cutting huge slabs of cakes everyday and I find my biggest Victorinox to be too small... REquire 20 actions compared to 4 actions with this watermelon knife.

Dargon kor kor: In response to your question, It's my ID style. When u work in a kitchen where everyone is using the same brand knives, even if u engrave yr name on knife, still have to spend time to stare stare stare....

So I apply yellow masking tape to symbolize that it's mine and from far can tell liao... No need to waste time.

My line of work, I have to have my own equipment, especially as a pastry chef.

I have to buy alot of 3rd party stuffs, cos most work place will not supply u with special tools.

@ most, they have generic stuffs.

Cool chef's knives! I like the GLOBAL, cromova 18 ss, does it holds an edge well? Does it need to be resharpen often?

Thanks dude. Now I can claim my short sword to be a watermelon knife and get it sharp through customs :)
