I doubt u can do 1st week 5 times 2nd week 3 times to complete your 8 session (phase 1) because each session is cater for the general ppl taking RT and the session per week will get more intense in the later part when your body is more seasoned. Normally the 1st week session(monday to friday) or (sat/sun) is orientation exercise where they brief u on the RT/MUT stuffs. so this means that if u book 5 times on the first weeks(which is impossible) u will be having orientation exercise for the 5 times!!?
For RT, u have to decide your time schedule at the beginning of the RT
2 Session per week, 1 weekday and 1 weekend
1. Monday,Saturday(Phase 1)
2. Thur,Sunday (Phase 1)
(might be different day)
in the event u miss any of the lesson and wish to do MUT, u can book on (mon,wed Sat-sun) whenever there is lesson to cover for the 8 session.
Example if i take up schedule 1. I missed one lesson on monday, and since i know the next available training will be on Thur or Sunday(can be next Week thursday/Sundays)( saturday is in your rightful schedule so u cannot book on that day unless they have addition schedule for morning and afternoon) i can call up and book my MUT for Thursday/Sun. As long as u make sure at the end of the 5 Weeks, u have completed 8 Sessions , u are SAFE.
