Haiz, lost my sansa clip +... Should i get another clip or are there any other suggestions?

Fuze battery life is much longer, clip+ batt life has failed me quite often at the worst of times. Fuze is bigger and flatter than the clip+, and IMO fuze also looks better, be it GUI or external looks. i don't know if rockboxed clip+ can lock buttons, but rockbox fuze can lock, might be obvious but just chipping in

Er. The only other option around that range is Creative Zen Stone and Samsung ypu5. And the features are far less than the Clip+.

According to what i read, video playback is limited to 20fps which gives the videos a slightly choppy effect and 1.9 inch screen is not really great for videos. Though it is watchable, its only acceptable for short clips but not long movies.

If video quality is important to you, i would pick a zen or zen xfi. 16.7 million colors and a 2.5 inch screen is hard to beat for the price. If music + long battery life then fuze. If music + portability then clip+.

Watch ur batt life when watching movie on ur iphone. Those things eat battery much faster than normal phones for some reason. Rockbox should not be hard to install though do note u void ur warranty. So i would just leave the default one until the warranty is up especially if u r using clip+ cos its kinda retro cool with the 2 color OLED and the jagged edge fonts really.

Like that i'd rather get the clip plus for music as you have the iphone for videos. IIRC, the fuze does not have folder browsing capabilities.

No folder browsing means you will have to go strictly by tags.
The rockbox for clip+ is not stable at the moment so you would have to do it at your own risk.
