Who got this issue n how to solve?
I got new HD TV and use the HDMI cable recently for MIO. Den now my mio ding dong. First 15mins my remote control works OK. Next 15 mins, it respond slowly. Den when I press 1, it shows 5. I press 9, its shows teletext n I m stuck. I need to go real close to the set up box. Soon, even the remote control is 1mm infront of the box, there is no respond. I change the controller at com centre, got singtel ppl come n change the controller to a fatter one (new type) and the problem is still there. And waitting for them to come 2nd time. Can it be the box? It can't be my TV, right?

does anyone encounter different sound volume for normal FTA channels and HD5?
for my previous MIO box, the HD5 was signifcantly louder than the rest of the FTA channels.
after i called and the technician came down, it was reversed. HD5 is now softer than the other channels.
is this a common issue? am thinking abt signing up fr the BPL to watch e matches on HD, but if e sound volume is tat soft, would prob pass up on the opportunity.

tats strange.
i called em cos i realised my FTA channels are sounding softer on my MIO box as compared to the direct starhub antenna connection. i tot there's sth wrong with the box. so im here to check whether its a common issue among other users too..

their FTA channels and those paid channels, on demand channels all the volume oso not the same 1.
so i guess its normal. juz adjust the volume when i switch channel. didnt bother to complain to them.

Yup, confirm one. My MIO also keeps freezing when I use homeplug. I have to pull a long LAN cable to bypass the homeplugs for some decent performance.

really ar.. didnt know homeplug tat bad... lol...
mine use lan cable also will freeze.. really sucks man... hopefully lots people complain and get free subscription...

I oso using lan cable.. a short 1 like 20cm long. as the 2nd tel for miotv is just beside tv.
no problem recently...

mine beside tv us lan cable oso freeze lol ... esp switch channel ..

nt enough bw from WAN
my miotv remote is also not very responsive, always have a delay of 2-4 sec after pressing a button.
Same here, Red Cliff part 1 was unavailable after watching 30 min. After retrying for the next 10 min, it worked again.
Red Cliff 2 even worse, audio keeps dropping, images keep freezing. Very bad experience. FYI, I watch Red Cliff 2 from 9:15pm to 12:30am. Red Cliff 1 was around 7pm to 9:15pm.
wonder if this is due to heavy traffic.
For me it was since the settop box auto upgrade.my HD5 was softer then other channel at first. (didnt complain to them) then dunno since when till now, it became louder then other channel
