hey guys.

i noticed after the mink oil application 2days ago, my 8165 feels much softer. The toe area accumulating creases fast, faster than before application.
normal???


btw, the 1st application was when it was mint from box 6mths ago

i just applied mink oil on my 875s this week. i think the softening is due to the leather absorbing the moisture in the oil. but after they dried, it's back to stiffness again.
could it be u used too much mink oil liao and then u wear the boots b4 they have completely dried?

hey guys, how do your get rid of the stains from raw jeans bleeding off your rw?

my bro's rw kinda got heavily stained by the bleeding of his jeans, i understand a little stain would look nice as part and parcel of wear and tear. but its really stained alot, machiam like 1 thick line across the boots where the jeans end.

any idea how to get rid of them or make them look lighter(less visible)?
would washing them with water or mink oil them again help?

went to suntec shop, they say my leather is drown...
i tried to use soap n boot brush to wash n clean, the colour came back after the wash, then after i let it dry for 2 days, the colour is black to almost black, like to confirm with everyone that is having 8138, is this the correct colour ma?

i used it for like 6 mths liao
i think another 4 to 6 mths, i need to resole liao...
