Personal experience from him is godlike. Sometimes wanna approach him also abit pai seh cos he's super super busy but still takes time out to help you and offer advice and everything.
He may not reply fast to orders amd queries, it's because seriously he's overload. Be a little patient... It's super worth it. And plus it's not like he will let you wait for replies for long.

I believe the standard of service will at least be same. I don't know but he gives me a feeling he's doing all these more on passion side rather than the business side.

Just a feeling that he finds statisfaction in making a person's day a good one.
