Btw, upcoming fix for the volume problem unofficially released by Paul from MoDaCo. Would be interesting to see how well it solves the issue and whether there are any side effects from the fix.

At least it seems to be cheaper to get the phone from Expansy$ than from sellers on Ebay. But 1 grand is still too much for a phone nowadays.

November is ending soon and still no confirmation on Singapore release date
They should just sell the phone with the 2000mAh default. For a few mm thickness increase and few grams increase in weight for longer battery life is a good trade off I think

Samsung SG probably wants to sell as many remaining stock of SGS2 and Note during the holiday season before they bring out the Nexus
