yup, service pay only.

u can take as many ippt as u want, if u pass, u get the $.

i might have to go 1 session at Kranji Camp due to Maju's Feb Schedule is totally Full.

They will compare your past IPPT result and your cat test result to give you your PPT.

if i not mistaken, your target band will be band 4...

yup, chance of band 4(ippt pass) is really high

only if u fail next year ippt, then the following year could drop to band 3.

Sorry for the noob question: How do I actually get inside Kranji Camp from the mrt? First time going there for IPT, totally not familiar with the place at all. Any directions to the reporting area would be much appreciated.

Hi need to confirm with you guys on one point. Let's say that my initial target band is 1 and I continue to fail IPPT every year at around the same margin. Will my PPT still continue to increase every year(i.e next year it will be target band 2 instead of remaining at 1)? My friend told me that he heard from an instructor in khatib camp that the PPT will continue to increase regardless of one's performance in IPPT so I just want to make sure if it is really the case as this seems quite illogical leh. TIA.

I believe only increase if you can clear your old ppt.

Hi, my birthday falls on June 2011. my window opened due to i upped my pes back to B. I have just booked 10 sessions of IPT for the month of Feb 2012 due to the system restricted me to book IPT sessions before 29th of feb.

That is why i cheong all the way for feb and booked all available slot. Is that possible? After which the 10 sessions i still need to go for the 8 sessions of the RT?

u have NOT TAKEN your IPPT for the period 25/11/2010 to 31/05/2012.

The enhanced new IPPT system will apply to you from 01/06/2012 onwards.

a) Please ATTEMPT and PASS your IPPT by 31/05/2012, otherwise you need to complete 20 RT sessions from 01/06/2012 to 31/10/2012.

b) You are strongly encouraged to sign up for IPT if you need additional help to train for your IPPT. You must complete before 29/02/2012.

The camp is not really in walking distance from Yishun or Khatib MRT (maybe 2-3km away). You need to take a bus... (Google for more information bah)

Thanks for the carification, how does the band works? i have read up in ns portal but i dont quite get it. i saw i belong to the band 4 of the weigh loss programme 180cm, 85kg.does it mean that i need to acquire the PPT4 standard to avoid RT? Thanks.

Training sessions. Go there run, do exercises lor. Last session IPPT again.
