Building a 5k budget gaming PC

Hi guys as i waiting for 22nd march before making on my final decision to CF 7970 or gtx680. But then all the other parts for my system already decided or so..

Casing: Thermaltake Chaser MK-I Full Tower Case with USB3.0 (i really like this casing more of the design though)

PSU: Thunderbolt PLUS TTBPK20G 1200W MODULAR 80+ GOLD (Like it for the extra 3.5inch Panel to monitor the current..etc)

MOBO+CPU: Asrock x79 Extreme 9 + intel i7 3930k (1st time trying asrock since its quite new in the market but then look very promising with their ranges of MOBO)

CPU Cooler: Corsair H80 (1 of the best in reviews and benchmark and also on par with H100)

RAM: G.SKILL RipjawsZ F3-12800CL9Q2-32GBZL 32GB (8x 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9-9-9-24 Quad Channel (Initially wanna get 8x8gb but budget will burst)

SSD: Kingston HyperX SH100S3/120G 120GB SATAIII 2.5" SSD with 3.5" Bracket (Same initially wanna get 256gb)

HDD: WD 2TB 64mb 7200rpm Green

DVDRW: Sony (internal) Sata

OS: Windows 7 Pro (OEM) (Am i correct to say only Pro and ultimate 64bits can support more than 16gb ram?)

3D LED Monitor: AOC 3D E2353phz 23" (Bought 1 back from JB a mth ago and now SG pricing drop so thinking of buying another 1)

I getting more opinions on my parts. For parts suggested will help if u give me reasons for suggesting.

Also I contact Ivan aka Fortran to help acquire my items and build my PC but he told me he's sick with gastric problems and may not have time and suggest to me to go SLS and buy the items maybe cheaper overall.

Here's my question which shop should i go and who to look for for building my rig.
The price listed in the price list I know are usually bargain able if buying alot stuffs from them and also cash discount (Intend to pay by cash)

Can bros here recommend me a good reputation shop or shops to get all my items and most important which shops and person to look for to build, test and overclock my pc?

All helps and feedback appreciated.

Any particular person to look for at the above shops to assemble my PC? Cuz i got bad experience when i build my pc 3 years ago their assembly skill really worst than i DIY myself.

Hey MoneyFace, may I know if when the next gen gfx cards arrive, will the current gen gfx cards price drop? If so, around how much? And what is the Intel Ivy Bridge processor good for? Sorry I'm new to all these. TIA.

Whats the best Mini-ITX motherboard with integrated sound and gfx that I can pair with this I7-2600 cpu I have.

Would it be in the price range of 200 or below 180 sgd?

They will, but of course not immediately, gradually over months.

I don't know how much, but low enough to make people buy cos they need to clear stock.

Native USB 3.0 support, having USB 3.0 header on most motherboards to connect to most chassis. PCIe 3.0 support. DMI overclocking even on non-K CPUs, just like FSB OC in the past. Marginal performance increment with lower carbon footprint.
