Got any particular contacts in IDA? I emailed the basic email contact for IDA(info@ida.gov i think) and all i got in return was a CSO asking me for my SH customer number. After i gave them, no reply so far. Been a week

Yup mine was info@ida too, give them sometime? Maybe a big bunch of complaints for traffic light ISPs after IT show

I can't connect to the internet after connecting it to the ONT, I followed all steps as in the installation guide.

Is there a idiots guide to setting the router to work with the SH supplied ONT, TIA :s13:

Yes...is should be a PnP...but it seems like not working or responding to my connection from my devices.

Previously, I'm using ADSL (Singtel) -> WRT160N, using port forwarding (80 and 443) and it works prefectly fine.

Now, I reconfigured my WRT160N to just a switch, and it not working.

Then i tried to connect directly to DVG-N5402SP also not working, bet the must be some setting need to configure at the D-Link DVG-N5402SP Broadband Router.

*cracking my brain cells for 3 days liao...:s22:

I believed what Mark meant is, to connect directly from ONT -> Asus RT-N66U is at your own risk.

And i do remember, that somewhere in this thread that someone did managed to connect from ONT - Asus RT56U by SH.

So, for your own safely, not to damage your new Asus-RT66U, best is to connect your ONT -> DVG-N5402SP -> Asus RT-N66U...lolx :D

If you did not subscribed to Digital Voice (DV) or have it provision on the CABLE modem (CM) instead of the Dlink RG, then it possible to configure manual VLAN on N66U to connect directly to ONT for internet access. ie:

ONT-> N66U -> PC

CM-> DV (phone)
