I took HR as my specialization. To me, HR is quite ok, manageable. The modules are mostly theory-based. Just that assignments need to put in more effort and do more research. Anyway, IMO, if you are those who don't like theory-based modules or don't like or no time read up extra materials, it is better to take other minors. If not, you will find studying HR modules very dry and boring. I think it is best to follow your interest when selecting your minor. lol.....
