That email address you gave me is now closed. In their reply to my email, they directed me to another address. :(

So sorry about that. I didn't know that it close already. Cos that time I send to this website asking. U might want to send directly thru the student portal??

nope not yet.. i guess i need to wait for another week. Hmm, actually i have no idea.. isn't sim student portal uol account?

I haven't heard of it before lol
Nope, they're 2 different entities. :) It is stated that it will take at least 8 weeks, after you've submitted your PEI student contract and student card form, before you'll receive the UOL package through your SIM email. So I think I'll wait patiently for another week or so, before I start hounding UOL/SIM for my package. :D

With the UOL package, which will contain further registration instructions, you'll be able to log in to UOL student portal, not SIM student portal, to make another round of registration payment for your course, directly to UOL, in pounds. :) This is just a normal procedure to follow, afterall we already have been accepted into SIM.

True, but then got instructions say that will only make another round of registration payment with uol student portal ONLY after having attended the enrollment talk where they will touch on eCR and other misc & admin stuff.
