Meaning ballot #1-#100 confirmed is 95 first timers and 5 2nd timers, #101 onwards it is all mixed...

I thot the ballot mixes all regarding of first/second timers? Meaning that ballot #1-#100 could all be second timers but since there are only 5 units allocated to second timers, only 5 out of the 100 can get the flat. So if #1-#5 reject the selection for whatever reason, #6-#10 will have a chance to get their flat. Once all 5 flats are taken, all the second timers will be removed from queue even though their ballot number is < #100. Then those first timer with > #100 will get to choose. This is the impression I got. Please correct if i am wrong.

i got a number #74 in mar BTO this year,my colleague got #56 in mar BTO on same project.

but i lost this chance being HDB hotline replied wrong information( i can not apply this flat).

i called 2 times and visited HDB HUB for actual answer, they still give me wrong answer.

i have to cnxl my application for mar BTO .

after 2 weeks HDB officer called me and said i can apply the new flat.

my husband and me felt very tired for this process ,we didn`t take the flat being we don`t have any good mood to continous.

we sent a appeal letter to hdb for keeping twice "first timer "states,we even visit MP for write a letter to HDB,but HDB still reject us to keep twice "first timer" states.

so tired and disappointed .

i understand cus im going thru similar incident as yours.. and i realised hdb super double standard.. one tell you can, the other tell you cannot, the third time i call to make noise, they ask me to write in and wait 1 week for the reply. dont think we have the choice.. :(
