Re-contract Singnet 10 Mbps?

Contacted Singnet Retention service, asking them the lower price for 3Mbps, after some discussion still being quoted $23 per month.. Any users here managed to get it at lower price i.e. $10 per month?

10 bucks is for 1 Mbps.

Yes, u can re-contract....probably start only from day u recontract. Waiver phe line.......u mean rebate.......well, depends on ur negotiation skills

Had checked with Telesales and was told of a 24 mth contract $22.90 for 3Mbps home broadband +1.5 Mbps mobile broadband.

Are there any other offers available and which number/dept do I call?

There is a 10Mbps plan for $23.45/mth for 12 months contract.

You can ask if there are other promotion offers available.

It is a 12 month contract, only for recontract.
You should be able to get the same offer after 12 months, but no guarantee on that.

You could ask for the $29/month 15mbps plan.
That plan is for a 24 month contract and you may get 12/24 months phone waiver (which is worth $120/year)

The 24 months contract for 15mbps is more worth it IMO, especially if you can get 24 months phone waiver.

Just call and ask the CSO to route u to the retention dept. U should talk to retention dept directly as CSO will not know the deals tat retention dept hve. Just call till u get thru...tat's wat I did. Usually retention do call back.....unless they real busy tat day...or the msg did not get thru to them.

I just recontracted to 15mbps at $28.90 with $5 off monthly phone bill.

I called 1688 and asked to be redirected to the retention dept.
