i did it and now starting to kill all the unnecessary bloatwares.... feel like dejavu as i did the same thing for my ARC as well...

I am loving the new fonts on ICS. Makes it easier on the eyes.

I hv also just installed Chrome and it's quite a close runner up to Dolphin.

you try chrome on hardware zone forum like not so good leh. Still prefer dolphin.

Upgraded to ICS 2 days ago. Battery drain was not exactly that bad as some claim. I was able to use the old tv style animation for lock screen, which is not working well on gingerbread. Love the new ICS interface & settings.

I do not like the fact that available ram is lower on ICS, some games were lagging badly while mobile data is on. Some apps were not usable after update, but updating certain apps to latest version solves the problem. I do miss the slide-to-silent mode feature on lock screen.

Overall, its a good job but I hope sony do a better job for the next update.

I know what you mean cos when you submit a reply, it so call enlarge the text size and the font spacing looks funny.

can anyone confirm these problems on ICS?

1)quick launch needs several attempts to succeed. try wait for 15 secs after ur screen's
locked, press and hold camera button to duplicate this problem.

2)walkman/music player download music info error (software version not supported)
while under 3g data, go to my music n try download music info, i get this error all the
time, ever since gingerbread. but sometimes under wifi it can be done successfully.

do you have other camera apps installed too?
i had similar issue previously, then i uninstalled them, after that back to normal.
