Are these speeds faster than the toshiba SSD?
1 year is standard, Applecare covers the additional 2 years. Finally got my Macbook Pro yesterday.
Do i need to register the warranty? Or is it automatic from the first time i boot up?
The reseller only told me to register the Applecare after 14 days. Not sure about the original 1 year warranty itself.

I see.
For the standard warranty do I need to register? (I know Applecare must)
Also, anyone knows why sometimes I see the battery life indicator on the left side of the macbook pro. But sometimes I dont.
When i plug in the magsafe i will see it light up but after awhile it disappears.
Im not really sure how it works in the first place so it may be functioning properly but i'm not aware.
simple.

Guys, I am contemplating between the stock 4GB Ram and upgrading 8GB Ram on a 13" MBA. Mainly using for word/excel, presentation, surfing and entertainment while travelling.
Not sure 4GB Ram can last me 5 years for future OS upgrades or not.
