Yup. If you're using desktop its better to get the adapter to put at the desktop side, if not it'll get a little messy behind your monitor if you leave it at a high position.

Sounds more like a problem with the computer or software, not the monitor. If the monitor it should be there all the time or almost so, not with a particular website.

but all the other websites i visited has no problem leh. but also not the website problem because i use my mac to visit don't have this problem

by the way is there a need to install the cd driver?

hope someone knows the reason why this particular monitor will have this problem

Just to check, if bought from shop in sim lim sq.
The warranty is stated 5yrs, does one need to register online or just use the receipt for warranty purposes?
But from what I know, to register need the service tag, but it's only available for larger sets. The most can only get the order or batch number from the retailer.

There is no way to register online since you can't find the service tag anywhere on the monitor. Just keep the receipt for warranty.

The power cord is not included in the original package by Dell, those that have are given by the shop or dealer. Any monitor power cord will do but make sure to use those that have a fuse inside.
