It is a very good but mixed feelings so now i understand how some of you feels like before.

BL kitchen is smaller compared to MT so wealth of the owner will be more limited. also the bad layout where the dinning area are eaten up by the flawed design also is another bad FS and design problem. dinning area is best not send from the door... MT dining area are well concealed thou.

1.9k i believe is for land property. i remeber his price for 4 room is from 688 onwards. maybe that is his disciple. but all i can say chen jun rong hardly is wrong. and nobody dare to challenge his FS setting in spore.

u can try the fs master which i posted earlier, he conduct fs cert and course at SP.

you can dun get their barang or op for cheaper alternatives. for example they asked u get crystal or liuli fish/cabbage to put at a place, u can go buy cheaper one from race course rd crystal clusters shop for 10-20% of the FS master price.

usually their items are not different from the clusters shops as i doubt any of them knows how to really kai kwang those items or they arent qualified to bless those items. materialistic FS master dun have power to bless as they are too materialistic to obtain spiritual powers, it is the wisdom of ancient FS which makes them "look" wise.

other fs master like LTook, Hui, Lotus blah blah are good salesman to me.

only certain MT unit has the much bigger kitchen right? the other is slightly bigger only (btw, the layout on web is not accurate when i compared w layout w measurements given after signed the docs, the real layout is much smaller, e.g. the common rooms are hardly can fit a queen-size bed) and i thought in FS perspective it i better to have foyer? for the bigger kitchen in MT there is no foyer :O

ya the 1.9k is with list of services.. in the form not really mentioned who will be doing the job.

Not sure about BL, but for MT the layout seems fairly accurate.

The first common bedroom is about 2600mm x 3200mm (excluding the little kink in the wall which is about 200mm in width).

The second common bedroom is about 2700mm x 3200mm.

A queen size bedframe is about 2010mm x 1690mm.

A nightstand is about 40mm x 40mm.

The wardrobe will probably be 1400mm x 500mm.

This means that the foot of the bed to the wall is around 55-60cm.

You also probably get about 55-60cm of space between the bed to the wardrobe.

If you put a single bed instead of a queen size bed, you might be able to build a study desk, but it will have to be flush with the wall where the windows are.

Mt has bigger kitchen as the kayout is more effective. Definately more privacy n more private corridor for your pte usage n cabinet or racks.

Fs is very personal n is largely affected by someone luck cycle. Bad luck ppl naturally will be choosing bad fs units n vice versa. Thou bad luck can be reduced but it can be worsen. I heard of cases where they get wrong fs master n those fs master are featured on mag n medias. Screwed up their fs or wrg remedy n made them worst. Why is it so? Their bad luck attract them to wrong advice n wrong fs master. Henve i play safe reccomend u go those i consider reputable once.

Also good luck ppl gets to get good units. However most ppl belong to the midfle luck n fs are impt to them as it can tilt them to good or bad luck.

and yes some item needed to be bless but most dun need. crystal itself after proper cleansing will do some work to help in some remedy. and yes, most master nowadays dunnoe how to bless or are not qualified to bless the items.

MT common bedrooms are smaller than BL? I can't remember the exact measurements.. but BL's are 3.Xm x 3.Xm.. ya I know a queen size bed can fit in it.. but it will be left with a very small walking space. my current hdb common room can fit a queen size, a big wardrobe, a bulky dressing table, a piano, few other furnitures.. i think the size is around 3.Xm x 4.Xm.. that makes the new hdb common room shrunk more than 20%

ya.. i think it really depends on the owners. I will go down to a FS master i know first and see what are his advises and I want to know how will my spouse think about it too before make the next decisions.

Hdb room shrunk alot. My current common room can fit in a queen size bed. Custom wall big closet 1 study table 1 computet table n 1 bookshelf with plenty of space left.

I saw the showroom. King size not recommended. Infact queen is too big. I suggest a size call double or double full uk . It is smaller than queen but got space for two pax. However not easy to find such size for spore use queen size as guideline

A king size bed frame should be around 300mm wider than a queen. So probably around 2010mm x 1990mm.

Don't really see much of a problem if you have the layout that doesn't include the corner window. If you do have the corner window then the placement of the nightstand might be a bit odd.

For the MBR the distance from the foot of the bed to the wall is around 80-85cm. I think you need at least 60cm of space to walk, so there is some space to put up a TV on the wall if that's your kind of thing.

Not nearly enough space to put a desk or a dressing table though. Still *might* be possible to customise a small one say 50cm long haha, even then not easy to fit it. Can only be between the nightstand and the window or the other nightstand and the wardrobe and can't put a king sized bed. Will be cramped even if you manage to fit it in.

thats not big. smaller than my current 4room flat common room. i dun measurement, if need to squeeze in a big wardore, dressing table, a decent walking space. only practical way is to shrink the bed to size Double Full.

my current bedroom is 5m by 2.8m. can only squeeze in a queen size bed, a computer table, a small study table, a custom wardorb and bookshelf and is damn cramped
