Most 1st timer try at least 3-4 times will get flat for mature estate

Have gotten a queue number for july bto. Can I still ballot for either the sep bto or sob? Would I have to give up my jul bto queue number if I do so?

I was also 6 times apply but not gd number but I am 2nd timer and might able to get low floor at yishun SOBF...

For 1st timer got 95%, 5% for 2nd timer so you should be very high chance than 2nd timer...

it will be 500k starting from the lowest floor 1 guess.. the location is within walking distance to MRT, AMK HUB , S11 coffee shop, etc etc.

500k for lowest floor is unlikely despite of its Good location. If 500k it will even be more ex than town area bto.

My guess is 400k to 480k. I am guessing the flat will be smaller coz the plot of land is really limited.

One only needs to look at KW BTO prices at 467-595k. Minus $15k for Premium flat premium for the upper tier ..
My guess is about 450-560k

i love amk cos the location is near central but gf disagrees and wants the east side.

Yeah. Don't know whether can cut through the park to the MRT...walk along the main road like quite long.

The last time I walked from MRT to Park Central took about 15 mins FYI. You can decide if that is near or far
