woah that's an awesome and detailed explanation !! how about if level 13-18 is preferred ?
At those levels it becomes quite tricky. If you want to avoid afternoon sun then I prefer 250. But this block has studio apartments. The remaining units should be just high enough to clear the block in front which is about 11 storeys. Note that the roof may add 1 or 2 storeys that you need to clear. But looking down on roofs tend to be quite ugly.
If view isn't a concern but with slightly less morning sun then 266. This is blocked by the 25 storey point block so no views to be had. Rubbish chute in front of door. Can't tell if there is a full height wall blocking the view of the chute but I think probably should have.
If you are willing to accept west sun. I think 286 has a decent view but only level 13 and below left. 282 is also okay if you want really high floors since there are a number of floors left. I'm not too concerned about west sun on the bedroom wall cos I think the double wall should help a bit, plus sun on that side means there's sun on the service yard.
268 might be considered if you like the layout. But the views are blocked and feels cramped. Don't really like the feel.
