That said it being one of the rare point block designs i don't think there'll be much of a problem if you put say, your shoe rack there - of course don't go placing your chanels and ferragamos and tods there!

i don't think HDB has call for the tender for this project yet, at least must wait till mid-next year then can see work on the ground

one of my colleague stay blk 201, he say ..at night can hear the fire ambulance ' bi bor bi bor..' the night u also can't sleep...

don't worry, i think the 7storey multi carpark can block some of the sound...
