Our choice is 117A/B. Floor doesn't matter. Above 15+. My current unit is D&B premium flat. Flooring so far so good. Toilet door frame little soil now. We are planning the same concept- frameless glass door. Intend to do sliding to minimize space for cabinet n sink n shower screen area. What are your tips ? Appreciate in advance.
TP if you realized the 2 bathrooms are of equal size quite respectable size I should say. Sliding doors I assumed for the vanity below the sink? Sliding or either way should be fine. For, me prolly I would have a mirrored cabinet built in L shaped to the wall at eye level , should be quite aesthetic as it reflect the image of the shower. I would move away from under sink vanity as these are rather "predictable". Shower screen if can go for frameless ones casement type the look is seamless n the rubber sill for the edges are easily replaceable from DIY shops if they are worn out or dirty . Just a 2 cents ☺

I prefer to get my own sanitary including toilet bowl if I have my option. Shower mixer n facets get a good quality should last very long. Currently using Franke for scratch proof sink n facet in my kitchen. You won't regret. Will buy for my new house. Whole house parquet for 3 rm around 4k. My cousin did it on her new house at Ghim Moh Valley just this year. Workmanship is superd.
Thanks ! Rather pay 4k for a good workmanship must share with me the contact hor 😃

Currently am using stainless steel cabinet with mirror. I still stick with it coz never collect dust. Easy to maintenance also. Shower screen is confirmed sliding glass door. Both toilet is frameless frosted glass door. Thats it. Plus built in wardrobe n kitchen cabinets.

me on 4 Nov too! queue 41! hello future neighbour in advance! :D

Mine's this Sunday too but for Tampines Greenlace.. omg so fast!
Still having a hard time deciding if I should opt for the OCS, esp the flooring and if taking the highest level is advisable due to the heat claimed by others... :o

Aiyoh.... choose whatever is available for you lor. :s22:

15x consider quite good liao, if you interested in TGPV, mid-high flr not a problem. If CSC, maybe 6th & below as more ppl will take there.

To make you feel happy, I Q 180 lah... But I more than happy to get this Q number. :)

bold10, any negative feedback on his new parquet flooring? Like can water seep in?

I also thinking parquet flooring for my new unit. 4k for 3-rm is very reasonable.

Any reputable interior designer or magazines to recommend?

Wana go see see look look.

You can choose to have the following items to be installed in flat you selected:
(a)Internal doors + sanitary fittings*
wash basin
water tap
shower mixer

"Internal doors" = room doors + toilet door + shower area door or just room doors?

How come the current OCS excludes bathroom water closet or this is already included in the general specs? :s22:

OCS for Sanitary Fittings

12. To provide greater flexibility to buyers and to reduce wastage in renovations, HDB will now offer, on an opt-in basis, sanitary fittings (including the wash basin, water tap and shower mixer, but excluding the water closet) in bathrooms for BTO projects. All BTO flats offered from the Sep 2012 BTO Exercise onwards will come under this scheme.

The Main page for Flat Selection for Sep 2012 is out, but the individual site flat selection is still blank. The chinese quota for amk 3-rm is less than 84%, shouldnt it be 87%?
