So far they lived less than a year so I can't feed back much. But it does feel good to walk on parquet. My ex house is parquet too. Easy to managed. Use less water n small pool of water won't harm too much. Just be caution. I do not have any ID on hand now. When time come I just get my brother-in-law to help me. I normally get Formica from him. I did my current house with his catalogue. From Korea.

The water closet (a.k.a toilet bowl) will be provided already, so OCS is for the other fittings such as taps, sink and shower.

Am planning not to opt for OCS. Flooring still thinking. Anybody know how much marble flooring for 3 rooms cost? Just estimate also can. Welcome feedback. Thanks in advance

I also not planning to go for OCS for doors and sanitary fittings. Don't like their stuff anyway.
The flooring we might take, unless it looks absolutely horrendous.

IE 8 can see. No problem.

Interesting point to note.

For TGPV 3-rm @ 455A, 1st-10th flr selling price increment from 3k to 5k. But funny leh, #07-05 & #07-07 jump from 267.8k to 280k/285k for the next #08-05 & #08-07. Is it due to 8th is auspicious? :s22: :s22: :D :D

My dream 455A 16th flr @ 298k whereas 455C 16th @ 288k. Wtf. :s13:

Is the officer incharge of Woodlands sleeping or what? Until now still dowan to release the appointment dates! :mad:
