acting wise, e show was largely saved by jacelyn tay. her portrayal of mo yan deserves e best actress award (if shes eligible)

Well how about another alt. Ending? Some imagination I randomly thought of.

- xiao gui never die. She wear bulletproof vest. Pop up at the end. Zhr going to jail is part of the plan with the superintendent, so that why he confess to killing xiao gui. Cause he knew mo yan going to use xiao gui as bait to push him to a corner.

- yang min dad corporation is actually another bigger con artists organization that had bad blood with their lao pa's Organization. Is all ploy with zhr to bring down the organization with him, then take over and being the new da jie.

- imo, should leave some 后路 like batman movies does it, like a man in dark pick up a call, telling him mo yan died, and he kup the phone.

Lol ok I'm now supporter of wawa pictures, props to them to their drama. The ending was done well, and majority love to see a happy ending, right. Haha

xiao gui is a criminal in the eyes of law/police and a police shooting a criminal while his life is in danger when carrying out his mission is justified.

mo yan will kill the cop if he doesn't kill xiao gui and this will cause him to fail his mission. in a sense its justified.

just like when during a robbery or raid, police shoot a robber is justified unless he surrender and turn himself in and the police shoot him point blank then its murder.

at least in HK drama usually the head will tell undercover if they commit crime, they will still be answerable.
