Google don't change. This is what is going on actually.

When you buy from play store, you will be charge the phone + the local delivery which is around 15USD.

google play do not charge you tax ..

Once the phone reached the internation forwarder, then you will be charge by the forwarder the fee for the international shipping (and tax, courteosy of our government )

Google charges domestic tax in the states if the location the item is going to be delivered is not in one of the two tax free state, like Portland and err one more.

Well could escape Mr lee's GST tax if shipped to Malaysia say Johor and drive bring over, but got to have a home address there too.

7% of say 10 sets = 7% x 3490 = 244.3 USD ahr worth the effort, troublesome though.

i guess so but i might be wrong. NA is Massachusetts. went there every year so i pretty sure about it

If you think Malaysia has no import taxes for smart phones, google "SIRIM tax Malaysia".

Yeah that's probably because the Nexus 4 isn't released yet.

That case will block the chatoyancy of the glass back. A case with a transparent back would be better.
