departmental stores mostly have the smaller sets like the animals & houses.

if you want the big sets, you'll have to look for them at specialty stores or import them in..

Unfortunately, the price was increase some time ago. Last time a basic black pack is 9 dollars, now is around 11.90. If you can wait for 20% off during special seasons, it would be good.

No harm trying to get a pack and try it out. If you hate it, you are doing it wrong...lol.

hello all! i'm new to nanoblock!
my first set was the black grand piano, and also bought three more last week.
unfortunately i didnt know there was a 2012 version for xmas house before i got the 2011 set.
ahh anyway here's my second completed set! nice to meet all of you!

firstly...welcome to the nanoblock family!
Chances are 2012's Christmas House will not be available locally. And if TBS does bring it in, it will be more expensive.

The Christmas house can also be built on an LED plate.

Just sharing my experience as well. Maybe they got bad after that. :s I did recall you saying about the Panda previously as well.

Perhaps next time if new stuffs are out we should all MO from AmiAmi, that will make things easier since we can all share the shipping cost.

Right now I'm waiting for all my Xmas stuffs.. And am also looking for Santa/Snowman 2010, anyone has them for sales?

2010 Santa/Snowman is very similar to the 2011 one. I could perhaps help you scan the instructions and you modify the 2011 ones?

Department stalls/Action City/Toys R Us sells it at the RRP set by the local distributors.

But Toy Brick Station sells them slightly cheaper. (by choice)
But for stuff they bring in on their own, those are expensive.

All those kits u mentioned are the same stuff brought in by the local distributor. Except for the himeji castle. I don't recall them being brought in by them. Was it the small one or the deluxe one?

Maybe kino has their own distri.

actually I'd be pretty surprised if they can secure evangelion stuff now. Unless they already stocked up.

If even AmiAmi can't get stocks...I doubt anyone else could.

They did carry. If I am not wrong there is an OG there too? OG does carry too. But the range you will see isn't very big and all the standard stuff.

The irony is that I don't have the eagle model, and my ultimate project is to create custom birds, sadly every time I want to do one I don't have the colour.

I don't like the design.

If I have lots of money and Kawada can release the other colours, I'm very happy. Too bad the marketing department is diabolic. T.T

Different series have different appeal to age group. At least the person is 12 and above as stated by the package can build.
