I thot you already transfer to snbb?

not true, they want you to sign new plans only... mine done 2 weeks ago, upon transfer, cfm with handling cso on transferee's plan, it's $23 manintained till end of contract (mar 2013). Not forgetting this is retention's dept deal, not sales deal. ( 2 different depts.)

Today went but never transfer. CSO at Singtel shop insisted that the promo price will be reverted back to original price $46+ if I took over the ownership of the $24/month contract.

She suggested that we do a relocation first, next time then transfer ownership to me at the end of contract.

wah, transfer out also can try make $$..
I transfer out free + give mio wireless modem

not easy for transferee too..
$10 transfer ownership free+ $30 ADSL relocation fee + no modem.

Negotiate with retention, also needs energy and right timing..
no guarantee will waive +$9/mth phoneline, becomes $34 + tel. airtime (say $2-$3 incoming+outgoing)

Already illustrasted in M1 fiber thread, with free ONT installation ($59- Sitex)
Free $0 fiber+phone service, if sell free $1k lappy
$40 x 24 mths = $1k lappy sale.
How to beat free fiber service + unlimited airtime phone?

Hi Catpuke,
How did you get recontract 10 mbps for $23.45 with $5 off phone line?

I'm now on 6mbps and due for recontract. To upgrade to 10mbps it is $31.90 with BBOM bundled for me. In fact, their marketing called me yesterday with the above said 'promotion'.

Thanks.
