I bought N4 on 27th 2:18PM PST (1-2 week ship) the status says pending my card was holding the money and 6th Dec they released the money, I am just wondering if any of you also faced similar trend?

I am wondering when it will be shipped the status still says "Pending" people with 2-3 weeks are getting phones so annoying

i think ours in the same truck today and already paid CGW to ship, ETA is Nov 13th. For those who use CGW the code (LIKECGW12) still apply. If you choose express shipping, then when you enter the code in the "REDEEM VOUCHER" section, the price will be reduced to standard/regular shipping but you get note "Upgrade to express"

one more thing i was in the 1-2 weeks batch on nov 28th SG

which card did you use? I used citi rewards master card.. they were holding the amount since 27th and on 6th they released it... but my status still says pending.. no transaction on my card tooo...

Just as i said. Keep the brightness low. I dont play games always. I usually watch youtube watch movies and browse web.

Anyone here switched from Samsung Galaxy S3 over to Nexus 4?

How's the battery life in comparison? I love everything about the nexus 4 from what I read but almost every review claims the battery life is lackluster even though the capacity is supposedly the same as the S3. So far, I'm able to last 8-9hours per day on my S3 since I mostly watch videos.

I used citibank visa card.
My status was pending too until my card charged on Dec 2, and the transaction came up on my card activity on the same date.

You should try & contact citibank and find out whats wrong w/ your transaction. best of luck

Cant comment the battery life between S3 and Nexus4 cos I dont own S3. But the battery life of my Nexus4 is definitely worse than my iPhone5 for my day-to-day use.

When Google received your payment, they chose not to accept it at that moment and put it on hold, as they cannot ship out your phone then. Hence, it will appear as pending payment on your credit card transaction.

Typical banks/merchants will hold the payment for 7 working days, if they are not able to fulfill the transaction (i.e. shipping the phone), they will reverse the holding amount back to your bank and will only request for payment later when they are ready to ship.

That's really shocking considering Apple's iPhone doesn't have really long battery life. My iPhone could only last 4-6hours max. Anyone else especially those who switched over from S3 to N4??

I'm really puzzled by the battery life since the S3's battery has the same capacity (2100mAh) and yet my S3 is able to last longer
