Solasfera is a modified round...
nearest price comparision can be a charlotte gabriel cut or destinee royale..
last I know is that the destinee royale 0.6 e vs1 was almost $11k...charlotte gabriele 0.6 f vvs2 about $10k

There seems to be a big diff in the price for a VVS and VS.
Even with a scope, i am unable to spot the VS. Thus to me a VVS and a VS makes no diff.
You might wanna ask for a VS instead and get it at a lower price or trade the diff for a bigger stone.

sounds expensive bro... but urs is a VVS2.. then again, a VS2 and VVS2 wont have that much of a difference and u can prob go for a D colour.

I was there last week and JP seems to have very limited stones recently... not much choices to choose from.

i have been following this thread since 2010 when i was thinking of buying a proposal ring. that time still got this person called dawnmin or something like that. To cut the long story short, there's alot of people who recommends buying from JP instead of SooKee, LeeHwa, GoldHeart.

I did not purchase from JP, neither did i make a trip down to view their collection. I took a leap of faith and purchased the diamond and ring from Whiteflash. It's a 0.6 carat diamond, F color, VS2, AGS 0, HCA score > 2 (think it was 1.3), 18k gold tiffany setting. Total damage was close to SGD3500 (including GST, shipping, insurance). Think it was around June last year.

Anyway i just wanted to share my experience here. I got what i paid for, nice sparkling diamond that gets alot of attention wherever we went. You have to try it to believe.

Just saw the post above me, so to add, the only problem with buying online is that you have to get the ring size right to avoid having to resize. Polishing? every jewelry shop we went to they also want to help us polish. See no problem there. =)

I wanna chk w u how did u buy the insurance?

This account was previously owned by me and I sold it to someone on the 17th Oct 2012 who posted an advertisement on gumtree to buy HardwareZone userids.
PAP IB recruiting? "We want to buy your hardwarezone userid" Thread in EDMW.
From my understanding, many old Hardwarezone userids and Moderator userids were sold to the buyer.

The buyer claims to be using my account for the sole purpose of marketing, and will not be involved in illegal activities.
However, it has come to my attention that my old account was used to post defamatory remarks to JannPaul diamonds.
The defamation remarks has since been removed.

I have proof that I was the original owner of Sacredsoul.
I do not know who the buyer is as everything was done anonymously online.
But what I can say is that the buyer used a cash deposit machine at Tanjong Pagar area to buy my userid.

I apologize for all the inconvenience caused to JannPaul.
Any posts made on my Sacredsoul after the 17th Oct is not me.

Many users here aren't angels either.. active only in diamond threads, low post counts and extolling the products of a few select jewellers.. the profit margin is high and HWZ provides a ready pool of techie young men gullible enuff to take "reviews" of users w/o looking widely enough.. almost perfect melting pot of buyers and sellers..
