most probably a developer is testing the purchase system and the link accidentally got leaked or crawled. the product is not even released to the market.. it's only slated for release in the q1 2013.

Same thing happened for my copy of office 2010. Found some secret link leaked by a friend and got it for $10. It was long ago though.

they are not really bothered by it I guess.. most people who purchase this 5 bucks copy are people who will not spend 400 bucks on a software to begin with.
