Just renew the 10mbps + $5 rebate too.

Dam pissed off with the customer service, all pinoys. Ask first one to transfer me to retention centre nv do it and still dare to ask me rate him. After 3 transfers then reach retention centre.

Best is one of them asked me where I see the promo? Told him and he said you mean you never see from our website? Wa tat one is *******, **** him big time.

Yeah I've tried asking through 1800 737 1111 also cannot.
I meant you def. can't sign $23, without being existing user. So suggest you sign 1 month non-contract first (higher price), then after 1 month ask to recontract thru retention department.
Catch no ball?

Im looking at 15mbps, do you know how much is it for 1-month?

And, I dont think they'll issue free Router+Modem for 1-month contract, right?

Update: I've checked with Singtel Sales, for new sign ups, minimum is a 24-month

Once again... Anyone who wants to cancel can transfer to me? Thanks in advance!

What about M1's $39 for 100MBPS, it seams more value to me.
Internet + Phone line + Mobile Broadband.

Singnet's $23 for 10Mbps still need to pay the telephone line fees.

Is that Fiber?

I missed the free OpenNet installation so didn't install. Need to pay $220 (before GST) for them to install.

just recontracted 10Mbps at $23/month with $5 rebate.
Wonder if this $5 can be accumulated for offsetting monthly home line usage?
you shd have clarified with them before sign. Can come in different forms, direct bill rebate or only phone portion...from re-contracters lately
