True to that.

I'm just wondering....if the charging contact are just 2 points at the side of the phone.....it's pretty easy for accessories makers to just design a double-pronged spring loaded +/- terminal contacts on a universal dock to allow for phone charging while in casing....

I guess if xperia's popularity is anything near to iphone...it will be a reality.

sony developers have probably shifted their focus on the upcoming xperia z, that's one thing which kind of irks me when it comes to mobile phone makers. although it's good that they are trying to provide for the needs of different groups of people, abandoning previous adopters is quite the turn-off.

xperia s was launched not too long before XV and it's pretty much forgotten. XV was launched just a while before Xperia E dual and XE gets the battery stamina mode (also found on the XZ).

maybe i'm nitpicking, but i think if they stop trying to push too many varieties of products, they may be able to make greater profits with loyal customers.

Can this dock dk25 be use on a xv with casing on?? Or a must to take it off?? Seen like it a tight fit for a xv without case.

Nope, it is meant for Xperia V without case as it fits nicely on the Xperia V only so you have to remove the case before inserting your phone into the dock.
