that is the icon pack u need to go buy from play store or find the .apk file for it. You will need another launcher as well, for my case i used Nova Launcher.

Download the mtz file from the XDA link and rename it to a zip file. Unzip the file, and there will be a file called icon with no extension. Add a .zip extension to that file. Now unzip the file and you'll get the icons in png format.

yeah thats what i do.
didnt install the icon packs, i just extract and manually change the icon image in my home screen.
