why i charge with charger from 99% to 100% takes very long ah?

I haven't noticed that, but I've noticed that the drop from 100% to 99% is extremely fast. It can happen in minutes or even seconds from unplugging the charger, with no activity.

Any phone cable will do as long as the voltage is right

Actually, this is normal. When your phone detects that it is fully charged, it cuts off supply. Then when it discharges a little bit, it will charge agen. That's the reason why we see 99%. It cycles from fully charged and 99%.

modern day technology is like that ma, i think for Android devices seem to start discharging the battery after it hits 100% so by the time you unplug, it can jump to 95% almost a while after you unplug..

The stock charger has a higher power, so will charge ur device more quickly. Technically if u use other chargers it will still work, but charging will not be optimal.

But if u r using the Qi charger , u must use the stock charger that comes with the charger (or third party charger with at least the same power), else, the charger wun be able to work properly
