Is it worth getting the padfone 2 now or wait for the infinity?

Main usage for tablet is Comics, books, video and lite surfing in that order.

Phone portion is normal phone la.

up this question, me interested too - same priorities.

It boils down to 2 big questions.

1) resolution

2) price

If you need high resolution, get the infinity.
if you have cash and able to wait, get the infinity.

if you don need high resolution, get the padfone2
if you are tight on budget, get the padfone2

Lastly, if you don know what difference the resolution will make, go and find out

uh...
so you hold the power button down for 10 seconds + and the screen stays blank with the soft buttons still lighted up??

Oh dear.... guess you need to send for servicing...
(this is the reason why batteries need to be removable :p)

Can try pressing the power button on the phone without the station, insert into the station (and press the station power button), take out from the station (and press the phone power button again). Try it a couple of times and if all else fails try it with the power cable plugged in as well. If still cmi, then try charging for 15 mins before trying again. Just make sure you monitor it in case of accident happen (touch wood)

If your padfone suddenly cannot turn on, it's time to send it to service center. My phone battery died last week and I can only turn it on after letting it charge for few hours.
But even it can turn on, the battery siao siao within 1 hour battery flat already.
Send to Asus service Centre just few days ago, they replaced the battery and now the phone battery is Ok. If guys want, I can do a battery guide.

I tried to slot in the phone to the station and when I powered on the button on the station... Was greeted by the icon indicator that my phone was not properly inserted..

Have to wait for next Tuesday to send in to the service centre...

Can share on the battery guide?

I encountered this issue before... Plug in and out a couple more times then back to normal. Really scared the **** out of me that time though

I'm starting to think that Asus non-computer hardware quality check standard not quite up there yet... :(
