Not OEM, is original Fiat exhaust with the embossed logo on it. The same logo appears on the rest of the mid-pipe, extractors etc.
They fail cos the muffler was for Bravo T-jet and not for Bravo NA, telling me the rear outlet pipe was in a different place for T-jet and NA. Although the whole exhaust fitted exactly without any mods or welding required.

I didn't know there was difference to the 2 exhaust as my mechanic fitted it easily without any need to mod anything. Until the inspection centre showed me the photo database on their PC.

Yup it is like that one, for stock must be exactly the same. Otherwise will be considered as mod and have to go through testing/approval/certification process. :)

IIRC, Sg petrol is euro-4 standard. Nothing bad about SPC.

Thanks for everyone replying my post...

For petrol used, both workshops asked on petrol I used and told me the same thing... SPC petrol does caused some issue.

When the workshop recommended me to change cat, I ask the boss whether they are confident in solving my problem; he replied YES. But the workshop got the wrong cat for me..., and clear the code and return my car. (how true, I really don't know)

I send email to KIA, and they replied within 24hrs; and wanted me to sent the car to them for inspection. Any service center I choose, they arranged the ppl there to check my car and cat. When ask why the sense of urgent, they told me it's the first case:s22:.

So I left the car with them. Next day morning, they called me to pickup the car. Issue solved.

Reason they gave: they are are using the latest ver. software to diagnose and nothing wrong, it can over-write the existing code. And they had inspected the cat and put on test, nothing wrong. Tested after over-write code, nothing wrong.
