Hi,is my first time going taizhong,would like to ask which plan is better?
I wanna go SML,jiu zhu wen hua village,fenjia & lavender cottage if possible & the most i only wanna spend one night there,will be staying at tomoto rooms
My scoot flight reach airport 5.40am,after buying sim,i think around 9am can reach taipei main station,should i direct go to taizhong or stay one night in taipei first ?
Cos jiu zhu wen hua village close around 4.30,then my friend told me SML after 5pm there's no bus,i thinking shd
Plan A - reach taiwan & go direct to taizhong then go tomoto room,then lavender cottage & fengjia night market,Next day morning after check out go SML & jiu zhu then go back taipei
Plan B - Stay one night @ taipei,then next day morning travel down to taizhong,then go jiuzhu,SML & night market ,finish everything in a day then next day go back taipei

I reckon you take plan A. Earliest bus leave from Taoyuan airport around 6. Just b4 9, you should be in taichung.

calkel20- Thanks,but i still need to go buy data sim card ,you said before 7am open,like that agar around 8 plus then can finish everything in airport & go town

Still plan A la. Say you leave at 9am, by 12pm you will be in Taichung train station area. If you don't drop your bag at minsu, maybe lock it at train station lockers, before heading to lavender cottage. On the way back, claim your bag then head to tomato room, like that easier.

Provided you are still fresh after the flight. Going to Jiu Zhu to see 1piece isit?

calkel20- wah,u li hai ,the day i'm going ,happen to be one piece last day & they told me if i go on that day,will be too late ,so i need to change my flight,stupid scoot charge me $80 for changing flight lo,

Just search their directions will get chiu there in no time. Or you can change your first stop to Jiu zhu lor. Or is it the exhibition's last day when you arrive? If yes then still okay ma. Just a bit more rush.

Last day when i arrive,i asked jiu zhu,they said morning they will start to pack already,so i guess when i reach will left maybe 50% of the exhibition only

actualli if tat the case, then is better to skip
no point wasting so much time n effort going there. just go for the rest of the places in taichung can liao

feel like going lea,look fun,
might top up $80,that's why come here ask if i should stay one night @ taipei or direct go there,as i don't wanna spend one more night hotel $$ ,but just scare very rush la

cityinn taichung got only 1 right? Next trip april, may, july. June i think will be expensive lor. Tomato is self run home/hostel/minsu. Cityinn is 商務旅館, hotel type. But breakfast not bad de. I enjoyed their breakfast in Jan.

Stay near station better..Cos when u depart from the place to go elsewhere, u wont have to carry ur barang barang for a longer distance..

The taichung train station to taichung hsr station is quite far away. So u have to decide where you want to go first. Taipei hsr station n train station are together

my main point is just going to the one piece @ jiuzhu
also can take train back to taipei ?but more slow right?

Yupx, if TS is planning on HSR back to Taipei then logically staying near the THSR would be the better option..
