NTU/NUS/SMU 2013-2014 Intake

I just feel terrible no matter how much I try to get on with life :/

On one hand I'm expecting a reply from NUS/NTU; even if its rejection letter. On the other hand, I'm thinking that a day without a rejection letter only means another day of hope. Sigh

Hello , i have checked the joint acceptance website but it says invalid.

if i can login joint acceptance portal and saw offer given by ntu, that means i got in already?

becuz i just try and saw it. The email regarding the course had not been sent yet... what is next? wait for email to arrive first then accept or accept now, so excited.

Will they remove our offer if we don't accept fast?

will the matriculation package arrive by post?

yes. congrats. you will receive the offer letter within a week. acceptance deadline is on 2nd june

Hi all, I've applied for NTU English as my first choice early in March. But I have no calls so far. For as far as I know, that course requires an interview and also a written test. Since its so late in April already does that mean that they've already decided to not give me a chance?

Hey, it should be this year. Unless you have NS and only ORD after the intake date. Means if you ORD this year after August, you will be entering next year. Unless you have disrupted and informed NTU that you have disrupt. And fyi, you cant choose your year of matriculation. Must be a very valid reason, like surgery or something. Other than that, the only valid reason would be NS.

I went on 15 March and still no news.

I had 3 missed calls from 6516 6735 today. They had to call my house to let my family know there's an interview. And I've just googled this number to be from the NUS School of Computing.

1. What interview? o.o I've never in my life heard of entry interviews for Computing! (freaking out)

2. Why interview? Information Systems's 10th percentile was about 75+; I applied for it as 2nd choice with 81.25. Still not enough?

3. I am... still freaking out. My parents said they've told them they'll send me an email, but I've not received any email from them in my email.

4. I guess I can actually call them tomorrow to clarify, but I won't be able to sleep tonight, and I might even have to binge to calm myself down, because I'm dying of curiosity. Ok a bit exaggerate, but has anyone heard of entry interviews for Computing courses at NUS before?

edit: I didn't do the DA section either, so can't be for DA. I feel so screwed man...

Saturday also have? Mine is this wednesday though, apparently is for those first batch of poly intake that was accepted into fass in march.

Calm yourself. Nothing to worry about. I went for the interview and got an offer from them. The interview is not that scary. Just be yourself
