I used it to buy First reit.
It was 1.35.
But now drop.
But no sweat.
If I hadn't discovered the money, it would have been left untouched, and is almost as good as not having it at all.

So far the reits had tanked about 10% on average, just because the mkt is expecting the Fed to taper the QE program in June. If the Fed were to stop the QE program, the reits will likely dropped by another 20%? When the Fed finally hike the interest rate, what is going to happen to the reits? Back to the crisis 2008/9 prices?

I believe at that time reits were trading at 7 percent yield pricing. So if in effect they remove all QE, yeah somewhere around that pricing

eh got meh?
i see like very slight marginal increase to the point of "no feeling" - i mean the dpu. i mean the total distribution increase but their no. of units also increase...

i heard they opening another mall in 6 mths time with full occupancy forgot that mall name. later check no. of units issued increased again. of coz the shares price would grow in tandem.
