More or less, yes. But there are still people who have no choice but still have to head out for work, so they still do drop by!

Give it 6 weeks at least.

Fastest we have seen someone receive his customs back from us through UM previously was 5 weeks.

Not at the moment, however we do check with UM regularly batches by batches on when they will ship it out.
