And they only pay the cost price for everything. So technically i'm not selling but helping them get their set only.

cmon, you expect someone not to make a small profit? the hassle of ordering, taking responsibility for chasing the courier until delivery, making sure all is well, the effort of replying and coordinating meetups? these things you can't quantify by money!

if u want real zero, have your relative bring to you.

Haha... you don't carry inventory risks. What if people ditch me last minute and I have to absorb losses? These kind of things depreciate fast, if I have guarantees, I wouldn't mind selling at your price -$5

yeah. DHL seems to be pretty experience with this route. Even iHerb and Amazon(if really lucky for FSSG) also uses it.
