Need Help or Advise on Networking Issue

Hi All,
I need abit of help on network issue. It abit complicated and long winded Appreciate if any pro can help me. I am using singtel fibre and it come with a aztech7000grv. I am having issue getting this software PlayOn.tv and playlater to work with my enviroment.

Following is my previous setup that works -
My PC, Android Phone and Roku are connected to Pocket Wifi (Also known as Mifi). I set USA DNS on my PC and I can surf USA restricted website on it and my PlayLater software can check that PlayOn have no issue going to USA restricted website. Using PlayOn to beam Netflix and Hulu to my Android Phone and Roku with no issues.

Recently I subscribed to Singtel Fibre and tried the below configuration but it fail and produce weird result:
PC, Android Phone and Roku connected to Aztech7000GRV.
I set USA DNS on my PC and I can surf USA restricted website on it. However all my devices cannot detect the PlayON server. Using PlayLater I found that PlayOn cannot go to USA restricted website. I have tried removing the USA DNS but the devices still cannot detect PlayOn server.

I have a router DLink DIR-605L and I tried it in the following configuration which fail to work as well:
Dlink connected to Aztech7000GRV and all other devices connected to Dlink. Set the USA DNS on Dlink. My PC can surf USA website with the DNS set at Dlink. All devices cannot detect my PlayOn server. PlayLater can tell that PlayOn cannot go to USA restricted website.


Apologise for the long winded story....... Really appreciate if anyone can help me with this issue. I really need the PlayOn to work...

singtel don't allow all those.
U need to physically run a direct tunnel for just that... else it will fail.
ST fiber block all dns requests outside of SG peering

take MR lor.. netflix built into the service

Sorry may I know what is SG Peering? And what do you mean by direct tunneling? Confuse cause I can actually surf USA restricted site...

just as i suspected, starhub mobile doesnt use transparent proxy. while singtel does and their proxy does not reveal client ip. not sure how playon works, but most of the cause are by singtel transparent proxy

Hmm... but if it is transparent proxy I should not be able to surf usa restricted webby right?

if the site use https, will not be affected.
if http, then depends how the browser initiate the connection by hostname or ip
