is it possible to turn off the touchwiz interface in note 8.0 and use a simple interface with less animations and more customizable options?

For example I dont like htc sense on my sensation xe, and go launcher works perfect for me. Can I implement such a launcher on note 8 and disable the touchwiz without rooting?

Yes, of course u can install go launcher or other launcher without rooting. That's the beauty of android.
