Graphic Card recommendation :) Help needed!!

I am not sure is this the correct thread to post here about the graphics card. Correct me if i am wrong.

My Sapphire 5850 Graphics card has died on me yesterday . I am planning to get a new graphics cards.

My budget around 200.

My usage are playing games like dota 2, command and conquer 4, Microsoft office and Adobe stuff such as photoshop,premier pro etc and sony vegas pro.

My spec as stated below

$200 the most can buy is 7770 1gb. Or a gtx650ti. At $233 then you can get a mid tier like powercolor 7850 2gb.

Same PSU as me! Can hoot used GTX580 around $200 same as GTX660 in terms of performance, BF3 @ high-ultra no problem without AA
