Hey bro, i totally feel you. I ordered on the same day as you. They say I can get a refund if I don't receive mine by the 22nd. But the thing is that, i heard that for refunds, you'll have to wait for Amazon to receive back the item, only will they process your return.
Actually I'm still super pissed about it though..

Received an email from amazon this morning saying sorry for the shipment never arrived and will refund the full amount to me in the next 2-3 business days...guess I don't have any lucks getting this nexus 7 from amazon.

You do not actually have a choice of which courier company Amazon would use to ship any item from their store. It could be UPS, DHL or i-Parcel.

accordingly to your nexus 7 banner, your us set is shop warranty and your sg set is local asus warranty..

are you now saying that your us set 16gb wifi is also local asus warranty now? if so when there is prob, i can only go to asus and send in for repair (without being issue a loaned replacement set) while compared to your shop warranty, you can able to issue a loaned replacement set.

hahah mine also arrived but mine is return and they ship a new one to me but i got a feeling its refurbished set just to check the box before open there is 2 stickers ? means if you wanna open you have to cut the sticker first

I think my battery's is dead.
When I connect it to the wall charger it shows charging and after an hour I found its de charging from 50
To 40
