Recommend budget HTPC rig

Will be putting a rig together for basic surfing, office and watching streaming videos.

No games and overclocking required, will be using built in graphics card preferably HDMI.

Space is a limitation for small table so deciding between ITX or MATX. Based on what I read MATX better value for money so leaning towards getting the small MATX casing. Preferably something which fits a SSD and HD.

Please recommend.

300w is like a bare minimum already you can find in SLS.
